New site launch for Net.works events

Wednesday, March 18th, 2009

Digi Nut has recently designed, developed and hosted the new site for Net.works, which is the events company of the ever-busy entrepreneur, founder and mentor Paul Walsh. Net.works specialises in creating effective networking events in the capital including Digital Dinners, Top Cats and OpenSoho. The new site is a mix of content, 3rd party feeds (Twitter, flickr) and a blog.

It’s been a pleasure working with Paul and the team on what will surely become another successful company.

Get crucial inbound links with King of the List

Wednesday, February 21st, 2007

We all know how important inbound links are to Search Engine Optimisation. A new and easy-to-use service has recently launched allowing you to achieve this in a few simple steps. The web app, King of the List, allows site owners to create links (with chosen keywords in the link, which is also important) and push these links to the top of a list, dubbed “crowning”.

One user even claims to have been included on Google within 24 hours as a result. I’m not entirely sure this is the direct result of using King of the List but it’s an interesting concept and a cost effective way of starting the essential task of building inbound links.

New client - ConnectMeAnywhere

Wednesday, November 8th, 2006

I’m delighted to be working with the very nice people at ConnectMeAnywhere. The company’s premise: “You can make low cost calls to over 130 countries from your mobile or landlines.” The project involves updates to the company’s web site, specifically working with user data and the vCard format. It’s refreshing working with such a nice team who are passionate about what they do.
